Join the 4-Week IFS Journey

Facilitated by Kristen Holmes, MS, LPC and Bridie Mooney, M.S. Clinical Mental Health Counseling

What is Internal Family Systems?

IFS is a transformative approach to healing that helps us understand and befriend our inner parts. Together, we'll create a safe, supportive space to explore the different "voices" or parts within us, while learning how to connect more fully with our deeper Self—the calm, compassionate core of who we are.

Build Inner Safety

Develop a foundation of self-trust and emotional security that supports lasting change.

Meet Your Parts

Understand and befriend your protective parts with compassion and curiosity.

Connect with Vulnerability

Gently explore tender, vulnerable parts without overwhelm or re-traumatization.

What to Expect

This group is not about fixing or analyzing, but about slowing down, listening inward, and creating space for your system to feel seen and supported. Each weekly session includes: ✨ Guided Practices Experience IFS techniques through gentle, facilitated exercises designed to help you access and connect with your parts. ✨ Education Learn the foundational concepts of IFS in an accessible, relatable way that makes sense for your life. ✨ Creative Exercises Explore your inner world through art, journaling, and other expressive modalities that speak beyond words. ✨ Reflective Sharing Connect with others in a safe container where your experiences are witnessed with compassion and respect.

Is This Group Right for You? This group is ideal if you:
